Day 4

Baby came home this afternoon. Oh boy, the mayhem that took place before and after his arrival !!

Grandpa wanted the whole house cleaned & disinfected before baby came home, so all of us were on our hands & knees, vacuuming, mopping, wiping and cleaning EVERYTHING.

After that, it was all kalang kabut when baby got back because everyone didn't know what to do with a delicate newborn around. We fussed over him, cooed, carried and changed him (several times). We were all tired out at the end of the day. His parents have concussed, grandma too. Only aunt & grandpa are still up..' tho aunt feels drowwwZzzy already. No pics tonite. I left the camera in their room and I don't want to wake them up by walking in. Trust me, he's still VERY MUCH a sweetie pie. We all love him to bits !!!

Oops !! I think I hear him already.. It must be time for his feed...

kalang kabut: a colloquial Malay phrase which describes a chaotic panic or to rush into things in a disorganized and foolhardy manner. "Kalang" means 'group' , while 'kabut' means 'fog'. The image is of a herd of people stumbling through a dense fog.
